I don't believe the founder of the site is English or American he is from Morocco.

Yea, that's why he hiring

I can fix spelling mistakes simply but it requires an admin account.

What I could do though is PM you the mistakes in the category and what you should change which is perhaps a little longer but restricts any access to the admin panel apart from yourself.
